Whether you want to teach in primary, secondary, early years, or specialist schools, our school-based ITT programmes offer the perfect route. Designed for recent graduates and career changers, you’ll learn ‘on the job’ through school placements, excellent training, and dedicated support.
By training with us, you’ll qualify with a PGCE, QTS, and 60 Master’s credits Equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress and thrive as a teacher.
We are an associate college of The National Institute of Teaching, and we work with over 100 partner schools. Through these partnerships, we combine the expertise and experience of colleagues and schools to equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to progress and thrive as a teacher.

In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with trainee teachers across our partnership schools observing lessons, coaching practice and providing high-impact, developmental feedback. You'll support trainees to build confidence, turn research into action, and thrive in the classroom. You'll also play an important role in quality assuring training across partner schools, working closely with mentors, school leaders and colleagues to ensure consistently high standards. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including schools, trust colleagues and the wider Teaching Hub team, to strengthen practice and partnership working. Our programme is delivered in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT), providing a coherent, research-informed approach to teacher development from initial training through to early career.
